The Province of Manitoba and the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China agreement to promote closer relations by exploring co-operative initiatives in Education for Sustainable Development (EDS) through developing partnerships at the secondary, post-secondary, and technical levels, twinning schools in Manitoba and People’s Republic of China, and sharing learning resources and experiences.
