The Manitoba School for the Deaf, representing the Government of Manitoba, and the Toyohashi School for the Deaf in Japan, are committed to the provision of exceptional educational experiences for their students. This memorandum of understanding is intended to enhance student learning, encourage educational relations, and contribute to the bonds of friendship between the two countries and their people through the encouragement of reciprocal student and staff exchange programs.
