International Graduate Scholarship Fair (IGSF) has been organized annually by the China Scholarship Commission (CSC) since 2009. The event supports the CSC's Postgraduate Study Abroad Program by fostering face-to-face communication between overseas institutions and Chinese students interested in pursuing graduate studies with the sponsorship of CSC and overseas institutions. This program promotes cooperation and exchanges between China and overseas institutions.

In 2012, 69 well-known universities from 15 countries participated in the fair. The fair attracted more than 7,000 students from 40 key universities in China engaging in various activities. Besides one-on-one interviews and open consultations, international institutions had a chance to introduce their postgraduate recruitment and scholarship information and to learn the latest policies of the CSC and the Postgraduate Study Abroad Program.

This event is an effective face-to-face communication platform between international universities and prospective Chinese students. It is one of the key events on the international education promotion calendar in China and also serves to promote cooperation and exchanges between Chinese and overseas universities.
